Social Media Marketing Specialist/Coordinator :

What Will You Do:
What you will do would include but not be limited to the following:
Create engaging and interesting social content to grow engagement, gain industry buzz, help foster our people-powered culture internally and generate leads externally
Work with, and be supported by, our creative team to drive all sales & marketing initiatives and align all marketing and culture strategies from a social media perspective
Create assets that representative of our brand and will be used for all social media efforts
Develop and manage an ongoing content calendar
Research, review, analyze and track online and social media competitive landscape and report to the leadership team any trends, opportunities, threats, etc.
Engage directly with guests and prospects through various social media outlets
Regular website maintenance and/or suggestions of several key areas
Other marketing and communications duties as required
What Are We Looking For:
The successful candidate (you) will be able to demonstrate the following:
An undergraduate degree or diploma in communications or marketing is preferred
Possess the required technical skills; including photography, video, blogging, copywriting, etc. required to create assets for all social media platforms
Demonstrated experience at social content development, and community management
Working knowledge of Hubspot CRM & Marketing software a definite asset
Excellent writing skills including grammar, punctuation and creativity
Detail oriented and very organized
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
Willingness to ask questions and to dig into information
Ability to work and finish projects without direct supervision

Similar to time management, Strategic planning implies that you are able to prioritize your tasks in order of importance or planning out processes for the entire office to follow. This skill is also useful when arranging calendars related to project management.
Must be able to adapt! In our flexible yet professional work culture, things can change at a rapid pace and you need to be able to adapt quickly to get the job done and assist the company. Ability to get tasks done through multi-tasking and creative thinking skills.
